What's up guys I'm new to this venue but i'm a solid knick's fan.  Man we got to be smart about selections, Ed Curry got to go, another warrant! Wow hey we want a divorce from Eddy!  I like Bosh, Boozer, Norwitzki, Joe Johnson was on my list but he disappered in the playoffs when his squad needed him , if you give him money and prestige he gone fade away, get injured Alan Houston all over again.  The combination of the other three would get my support.  Lebron sounds kind of arrogant, a team got to come to him to hire him, Wow!! Last job interview , I went to the place of business, We got to also plan for if we don't get Lebron so we can be competitive.  Holla back !! I need your comments

I must say the knicks play since the massive overhaul at the trade deadline has been half way impressive. I say half way because the offensive execution has been there at times but they have totally missed the defensive half. After finally sitting Duhon and giving the keys to Sergio Rodriguez and Tony Douglas to run the offense, the Knicks have seen a resurgence at the point position. Both guards do need some polishing Douglas needs to know when he can't take it to the hole, he's been called for way to many charges late in games, and Rodriguez needs to be more in control of the game. But nothing that can't be worked on during the off season and summer league. read more

I think the Knicks are on the right road.  They have a great coach in D'Antoni. Sorry if the spelling is wrong.

They must have a great front office if they hired him.  Would like to see one of those guys in the stands sometime.  I get real tired of seeing Mark Cuban.

I think if the Knicks just keep drafting young, talented (yet unproven) guys, they will win a championship again.  It takes great scouting and communication with the college coaches.  I think the hard work of finding out what these kids out of college are made of pays off in the end.  You have to find smart, tough, unselfish players.  That is the kind of player Red Holzman needed to win two championships.

The Knicks are an exciting team with a lot of up.  They have been winning lately and a win over the Celtics Wednesday would be way cool.  I think a win for the Knicks would be awesome.  The Celtics are fighting for home court advantage int the playoffs, but the Knicks are fighting for something more, pride.  Come on Knicks, take it to them.

      Forever Knick fan,

      Tom

I truly do think that Wilson can be a starter in this league for many years and helpthe knicks win with O and D. I question his determanation after watching the last two games against the woeful Raptors. How he can go off for 32 and the be invisable the next game baffles me. Is he someone that might be expendable to Donnie Walsh?

    • From: spree92
    • Description:

I was at the game last night and have mixed feelings. Down by 17 in the 3rd, they really could have lost by 20. Nate and TT hit some threes and got the momentum in their favor. The final 4.5 seconds keep replaying in my head. I can't believe Coach put Jared Jeffries on Roy, JEFFRIES. Dude played 5 minutes all night and he's in for the most important part.

I noticed Donnie Walsh was present and made me think if he was there to check out trade options. As much as it hurts me, DLee has been a hot topic and Portland is one of the teams.?

  • SOME NY KNICKS FANS ARE DISGUS SOME NY KNICKS FANS ARE DISGUSTING!!!!!!

    • From: PatrickEwing
    • Description:

You know what, for the first time in my life I was very disgusted by New York Knick Fans at Madison Square Garden Last night as I watched the game from sec 220.  MVP,MVP,MVP!!!!! Are you serious??? Now by all means I did see many Laker Jerseys and Laker fans and I am not faulting them for these cheers, nor am I arguing against the many Spainish people that were there to cheer for Pau Gasol either. If you have someone like Pau from your native land and want to cheer him on I'm all for it. Being Turkish I cheer for Hedo and Okur whenever they are in town, but to praise a selfish prick that is going to pad his stats and to encourage him to break 2 records that meant so much to sports history is disgusting!!!! The reason this irks me the most is because I saw fans wearing knick jerseys while bowing down to Kobe, Cheering MVP, and applauding him for breaking 2 legendary records against a strugling knicks team when the game is already over. There was no reason for Kobe to come back into the game and pad his stats. For all the youngins that may be confused why I am angry I'll explain with a little more depth:

When Michael Jordan scored 55(the legendary double nickel) the Bulls needed every single one of those points to beat a powerhouse NY knicks team. While watching that game with many of my cousins (all bulls fans) I had no choice but to give Michael his credit. However the MSG crowd that day was so upset due to the loss and everyone hung there heads for a while, but you know what the mentality was, we'll get them next time. No one was Chanting MVP for MJ!!!! Let me ask you this Knick fans of the 90's How many times did you hear the MSG crowd Chant MVP for a player that is not on the NY Knicks???  Never, and a true knick fan never will. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Now how can you tell me that the Lakers needed all of Kobe's 61 points to beat the knicks last night?? the game was over midway through the 4th quater, but instead of showing class by keeping Kobe out for the rest of the game, Phil Jackson puts Kobe in the game and Kobe is ready to start padding stats on a lottery bound Knicks team. You cants be serious???

Same with Bernard Kings 60 point performance, the Knicks won that game by 4 points and it came down to the seconds of the game.

For all those Knick fans wearing a Knicks Jersey last night while chanting MVP or hoping Kobe breaks the records I have a proposal for you all, Go outside and start a bonfire, then  take off you precious Knick jersey and fold it nicely and put it in a safe secure place, Then JUMP INTO THE FIRE!!!!!

      You all disgust me.......

  • Pre-Super Bowl Victory Pre-Super Bowl Victory

This could be THE turn around game for the Knicks. A road win gives them the confidence they will need going into a tough week ahead. They must take advantage of a banged up Granger and the bench will need to be a big part of tonight. Nate has been playing out of his mind lately and hopefully can keep it up.

I also need this victory because a lose will put me in a bad mood for Super Bowl, as does every lose. A victory can easily erase the pain of lost bets.

I dont know about all of you, but being a die hard knicks fan is one of my favorite things about life. They have not been in the finals for way too many years now, and look, we are all still at the garden cheering them on. The thing is, we all still love them! Thats the beauty of it all. The knicks are a team that actually has legit fans- we watch them and still cheer for them no matter if they are 2nd spot or the 9th. We root for the best team there is. You gotta love it.

Hey this is my first post as a KnicksNet person thingy. I am a true Knicks fan. I start off with that just too show i'm the real deal. I became a fan 2 years ago. I watched the demolishment of Isiah Thomas, the birth of W. Cjhandler, the hope brung apon us by Mike D'antoni, and eventually, i'll be there when Lebron comes to NYK. I'm going to sit courtside tomorrow at NYK vs. PHI, I damn hope we win. Cool I've been to three NYK games the past 2 yrs. (Besides the 1 tomorrow) I watched us play the Lakers- lost by 5, the Pacers- lost by 3, and this season, the Wizards- WON by 6. I normally get tix for like 20 bucks so i can sneak down to the 200s. Yeah, i only go to home games. Well, that's me. GO KNICKS!!!!!!!!
